This app never remembers my login and every other time it's says I have wrong password what a joke I can't even log in anymore you broke it !!!!!

I have to say you app developers should be embarrassed to represent Lexus Toyota Corp. with this ridiculous presentation of app crap. For me I think design, develop, test, approve, and then release, the users that have spent a lot on a reliable and expensive vehicle of our choice should not have to work for the developers team to provide support and a reliable application for our vehicles. I know options and features have to developed to support future vehicles, but you need a solid working foundation first. Quality and reliability is why I purchased my third Lexus. Come on, you should do better than this!

If I could give it -1 star I would. It is a shame such a company as Toyota can't afford to hire professionals to make working application instead of a pretty bling. I guess Lexus not ready to join 21 century no matter what they want yo to think.

I am at a loss for words!!! I can log in the app after it made me change my password... However, I'm trying to make an appt but it's asking for username and password... why?!?! When I put it in, it says it's wrong... ok let's do live chat... nope, that doesn't work either...

What an annoying app. Every time I reset my password and then log in, it then tells me that I have entered invalid credentials. Lexus ought to be able to do better than this.

I can’t do a fundamental thing like see my owners manual. A search says ‘no results found’. It used to show my 2017 NX manual. Now nothing. Please fix.
