When I first downloaded the app, it was working fine. Then the app started to randomly log off.

App keeps crashing in about 30-45 seconds of use. It is just simply disappearing from the screen. I’m unable to see full detail records. Just mileage and date of service. It’s been broken for a while now. I was excited about update that will fix the issue. Another update and another disappointment. It is shame that Lexus advertisers as premium company and providing such a application.

Requires multiple *DIFFERENT* logins to schedule service

I would use earlier versions of this app to schedule service for my Lexus. When I attempted this with the current version I was prompted to login again; however, my existing Lexus login credentials were insufficient and unrecognized. Instead of a platform offering a seamless environment one apparently needs an entirely new login - multiple logins - to schedule service. Unacceptable!
Fortunately Lexus Cars are better than this app!

Consist Maintenance Schedule crashes

The site crashes, without fail, every time I try to bring up the maintenance schedule. What’s really scary is that if Lexus isn’t monitoring the app reviews and fixing the bugs, what are not fixing in their vehicles.

I spent quite a bit of time making sure my vehicles services were tracked, especially when using non Lexus service (tires for example). All of my entries are incorrect. Not one was captured correctly. This took hours as I place all details in the notes. None of it shows up in my history correctly. This needs fixed ASAP! Do some work on this app to make it functional. It fails at the basics. Please help. We pay too much for for this sort of experience

Could not give it 5 Star rating. When selecting Safety Recalls under main menu. Then entering VIN, and submitting, App crashes. And I have the exact same issue on my android phone.
