Surprisingly incapable of keeping track of the service that has been performed by Lexus on my 2016 RX350. When something is this bad, just get rid of it. Really tarnishes the brand.

Have had 3 Lexus in past 9 months: lc500, rx450h & lx570. LD app hasn’t worked for any of the 3. Same old excuse - lexus techs working on it. Enform is a joke LD is worst.

The app is not generating reports. It stopped suddenly. Please fix this problem. It is useless. It does not recognize my subscription. It keeps asking me to add things that I already paid for.

You can’t even look I’m at the maintenance schedule without it crashing. And forget about setting your preferred dealer. Won’t let you do it and crashes. Really disappointed. Looking at the reviews, I think Lexus forgot this app exists.
Won’t sync vehicles.

At first, application was keep dropping stored vehicles. Therefore, any time I want to check my car I had to enter VIN every single time. At the moment, I’m unable to add my vehicles or view online manuals. Please fix it. I thought Lexus is premium brand?

Can't even get registered. Not sure why lexus would bother launching this app when it doesn't come close to functioning.

I don't know what happens to the ux designer to this app, there is too many features that I can't figure out, same as the graphic designer of this thing, the picture you guys use have really poor resolution, I just don't see why you guys are so confident that you even emailed me to download this piece of XXX.
