The site crashes, without fail, every time I try to bring up the maintenance schedule.

Lexus just can’t seem to make a good app. Today’s update makes the app very slow and it keeps crashing.

Takes at least two tries to log in with correct password. Touch any selection other than Maintenance History and the App resets. If the vehicle performed like this, it would have been traded long ago.

I registered my account using the app but I couldn’t find my preferred dealer. When you try to change your preferred dealer, you get a map where you can search by zip code, state, or dealer name. I tried all 3 options and got zero results! I won’t be using this until it works properly!

This app has a lot of good information available - if only I could reach it. First it never accepts my password and the last 4 times I have tried to use this app I was required to reset password. Once finally in the app - it crashed and closed out 5 times, making it a waste of time.

This app is useless. It won’t allow me to add my car. After entering my vin it just keeps displaying the sample rx350 dummy data.
I would like to try it but register option does not work

I download the app on my iPhone X , but when I go to create account I can only enter my name and email. The password creation options are greyed out and there is no way to create the account to use the app for things like maintenance. I’ll change my review once you fix the app so I can actually create an account. I don’t know if this problem is specific to using your app on the iPhone X.
