Useless

NO12U

Since the update I can no longer log in. Says my password invalid. Requested a new password - says email invalid. Tried to create a new account - says email already in use. Tried to go to lexusdrivers.com and log on. Same mess. UPDATE: Don’t bother calling to get resolved either. Very disappointed that something that should be simple to resolve doesn’t get resolved.

Unusable

Can't select driving style so can't see maintenance info. Does not correctly show service history. Crashes crashes crashes. Only manuals available are the owners manual and quick start, no service or warranty. Etc... Awful app that seems to be developed by complete amateurs. I'm sorry if I seem rude, but it is the accurate truth.

Good car; really bad mobile apps!

Lexus knows how to make really nice cars, but that’s not what can be said of their mobile apps. Terrible UX, feels dated and not even mobile native (most are just wrapped up he’ll pages), constantly crashing and filled with junk ads that are irrelevant for a new car owner. For a new car it shows the 5K service is due now and to schedule an appointment; new tires need to be purchased etc. Apart than ads there is absolutely nothing else this app shows me- not sure what’s the point of this app when there are other apps like Remote and Enform Suite etc-which btw are also quite badly designed.

Buggy

The app seems to streamline everything into one interface but you still need to create a username and password for every little thing. Also the app is still very buggy and shuts off at any moment, causing you to start all over again. A nightmare if you want to schedule a service appointment. There is potential here, but in my opinion, released too soon.

Crashes

CatkEuh

It crashes in a loop. Not able to use it.

Crashes

Not a fan

Consistently crashes each time I chose the MaintenanceSchedule option.

Not very good at the moment

Somehow, the maintenance manual for my wife's 2017 RX350 came up missing. The main reason I installed this was to be able to review the maintenance schedule. The app shows this option but will not allow me to access it. I've entered my wife's VIN and have the vehicle is assigned to the account. When I press on maintenance schedule, the first thing it asks for is driving conditions. When I press there, it opens a scroll list, but the list is empty, so I can't select anything, and I can't check on any maintenance without selecting something, but, since there's nothing to select, it's pretty much worthless.
