Dialogs are off the screen - can't maneuver through the simplest windows. A poorly tested piece of software. Don't bother.

This app incorporates Touch ID but doesn't sign you out when you close it. Nor does it have a logout button to manually log out. Navigation is difficult at best. Not at all user-friendly. Thank God their cars are better than their apps.

Again another update that doesn't work. Lexus IS tarnishing its reputation because of poor software QC.
Latest Update Issue

Error message trying to login post-update saying invalid user ID or password. Worked fine beforehand.
App finally updated. Can not log in.

Review update: Can not log in. Tried to re register. Did not work. Please fix. Please fire your App team. App will not update. Must be the same app team that messed up the remote app. Lexus technology = FAIL
Screwing up the remote app wasn't enough, they doubled down

So after screwing up the remote app they doubled down and screwed this one up. Do you think I actually forgot my username and password after trying to enter it everyday for almost two week to gain access to my remote app. Now my user name and password is useless after the update? How many spare email address do your app designers think people have laying around waiting for your updates. Lexus, if you have to scrap your whole app system and reboot it, it would be preferable to these horrible updates you keep pushing out. It works again, for now. Please stop screwing up your mediocre apps with every update.
