Crashing consistently

I was excited that there was an update, however, every time I click on the upper right corner, to access the menu - app crashes instantly!

Drop down and check boxes are not linked correctly. I add service “Miscellaneous Services” then “Air Filter” and “Cabin Air Filter” I added comment and save it. Unfortunately service showed up as “Transfer Case Replacement”. I had to go to personal computer to add service . Which is working correctly. I have also suggestion to add some way of uploading documents from services provided not by Lexus. As jpg or pdf.

Unworthy of Lexus. App is embarrassingly terrible.

As others have indicated, this app is worse than bad. It does not even pull up correct service info that I painstakingly entered into my account. It is unreliable and makes you wonder how Lexus can even ascertain what services were done and what services are needed. Embarrassing.

This app is useless! Nonfunctional! Incorrectly records services that are entered. I entered that an oil change was performed and hit submit and the result is “air conditioner hose replaced.” There are major issues with the accuracy and data entry of this app! So disappointed with Lexus on this. Bad form!

Each time I open the latest version I get a bit farther in and then the app crashes. So far, it appears to be mostly another way to stick advertising in one’s face.

Had some potential but falls short due to bugs

Although it is a basic app, I thought I would be useful for reviewing service history et al. However, as others have pointed out, it appears to have database related bugs. I recently tried to use it to add a few services I had done to the car from non lexus locations ( infotainment install et al). However, the drop down choices for service types appear not to match the back end database as they were scrambled when viewed through the lexus website . So I deleted the one, I manually added and then entered them through the website instead . While it persists on the web site , the lexus app does not show them!! This reeks of some database incompatibility between what the app uses and what they use on the back end. Really Lexus you ought to be able to fix this !! Seems like you have had plenty of time to get some resources to do it.

Any service history that I entered shows up as replace fuel injectors. You are lucky the cars that you make are better then this app...

Every time I try to use this app it crashes at some point. Every time. Edit: since my last review and at least 2 app updates nothing has changed in the apps performance. It still crashes every time I try to use it within a few seconds after logging in.
