I can’t even create an account. It will let me fill in all info except for the password. I thought it would be fixed in this last update but I guess not. Maybe I’ll try next time.

Keeps crashing within a minute of opening it. Come on, Lexus. I know you can do better than this. The quality of your apps should match the awesome quality of your cars.

Since the last update, the app keep crashing. Unable to use the app. Every time I tried to log on, it keeps crashing. The app itself needs to be redesigned and tested before releasing to the public.

What the heck is wrong with this app! It crashes without fail every 3-15 seconds. For such a luxury car maker who is amazing, I’m extremely surprised their tech department can’t come up with something better than this!

The app is a bit clumsy overall. Doesn’t not match the same quality and user experience as the company’s automobiles. Still unable to load or view my vehicle’s Health Report, even after the latest update.
The worst app excellent vehicle

Every other month the app says I don’t have a subscription. I cannot believe that Lexus IS connected to this app. I have had more trouble with this app than any of my Lexus Vehicles.
