Useless for common tasks

The lack of updates this year says it all. LFCU doesn’t value updating IOS apps or they are incompetent. Unable to make a member to member transfer, even though I made them last year No online help. No phone support on Sundays and at other times when member need to talk with someone. I guess there’s no money to fix the app because they are paying huge salaries and bonuses to a bunch of incompetent executives. What happened to our credit union? We’ve been members since 1982 and both our sons have accounts here. I guess we need to find another credit union. :-((

The app is always giving you the run around and is impossible to recover anything like forgotten passwords and user IDs just like the customer service call line. When I’m finally done with my loan I will never use LFCU and neither should you

I wrote a bad review about this app over a year ago. The app was almost nonfunctional at that point. I’m happy to say that the app has greatly improved since then. I like the fingerprint login and that the app is user friendly. It’s easy to see my account balances and make transfers.

All of a sudden, starting around April, bill pay says I don’t have an account registered. I’ve used bill pay for years! I have to go to full site on a non-mobile device to pay my bills. Ridiculous!
Touch ID isn’t working any more

Wish they would modernize the app a little bit more, and get the Touch ID working again, but overall the app is usable.
