...the bank itself isn't as worthless & unreliable as this app. If I had seen the app 'use-ability' prior to opening an account, I'd still be banking with USAA.

Font and spacing between new lines is too big. I don't want to have to scroll down to see my balances. Also I don't want to see what I'm pre approved for every time I log in. Please fix!

I used to love your app. I don't see any benefit of this update for the customer. I hate to have to scroll past your ads to get to my account balance.

Overall app functions but needs an improvements. The app display is not optimized for the 7+, the app developers neglected to build support for different model iPhones. When transferring money, the account views do not display the balances unless you hold the phone in landscape mode.

The update makes this app almost unusable. The buttons are unresponsive and the "Scroll for More Content" is redundant and worthless. Anyone that knows how to use a smart phone should know to scroll and if you have to explicitly tell the user to do that, your design is bad. Seriously guys, it's not that hard. Go look at another successful app for design, find out what API they're using, and use it for "inspiration". There's plenty of open source stuff out there so it doesn't have to cost anything extra. Tell that to your PM, if you have one. Other companies have done it a million times. Don't reinvent the wheel, make it roll faster.

2 stars only because u added finger print loginfor iPhone! Immediate fixes: 1."your offers" section I want the option to remove that completely not just closing it down every time I log in; 2. "Transfer" section does not show the available amount due to screen size, example on iPhone SE text should adjust to screen size; 3. "Transfer" no member to member transfer available 4. A lot slower to login and process transactions then on the previous app; 5. On line of credits, credit cards, and any other accounts that have interest rates there should be interest since last payment accumulated section added; the only way you can see it now it's by checking the payoff amount;
