Useless for common tasks – Langley Mobile Banking Review
The lack of updates this year says it all. LFCU doesn’t value updating IOS apps or they are incompetent.
Unable to make a member to member transfer, even though I made them last year
No online help.
No phone support on Sundays and at other times when member need to talk with someone.
I guess there’s no money to fix the app because they are paying huge salaries and bonuses to a bunch of incompetent executives.
What happened to our credit union? We’ve been members since 1982 and both our sons have accounts here. I guess we need to find another credit union. :-((
