Please update the app so I can actually login. Most of the time, there is an error message that pops up and I cannot access my accounts.

When I first started using this app and Langley federal credit union I have to say it was a blessing but lately all I get it’s this message every single time I try to login “Online service are currently unavailable at this time out technical team is working to fix the problem”. I mean I understand a problem maybe for a few weeks or every now and then but seriously how many years do you guys need to take care of this we are on 2022 that is for your bank to have this app nailed it already. Another suggestion “Zelle” that is a must that you guys definitely need to add into your options that’s one of the reason I change bank just cause it is not convenient for me also seriously no customer service available after 6pm. Like I said need attention

This app is always not working. I can’t even log in half the time. Langley needs ro fix this. I really be having to pay ppl back because the app doesn’t always let you access the account. Langley needs to fix it for good they always working on it fix it now. It’s been messing up for years I should be able to log in whenever I please!

You literally can never sign in. I mean what’s the point of the app if every time you go to check your statement, or view account you flat out can’t sign in. Alway currently unavailable. It’s annoying. Fix your app you have the money.

This banking app is by far the worst in comparison with others such as USAA or even BayPort! It’s always down? I love LFCU, the app seems a bit antiquated.
Service Down 1/2 Time

Honestly the most I can use this app for is checking my balance and transfers between checking, savings, and paying credit card off. But half the time I use this app it says online banking service is down or you can’t log in. As a result I can’t tell if I get locked out. Then I’ll go to the website and try twice and suddenly the service isn’t down. What an inconvenient app!
