This is the most awful app I've ever dealt with. For being a growing banking institution, you'd think they'd invest in developing a working app. The point of banking apps is convenience. This one is anything but.
No longer reads my checks

Since the update I can no longer deposit my checks through the app same checks that I have been depositing for the last 4 years. Please fix this feature I absolutely hate having to go to the actual branch to do my deposit.

I'm not even going to describe how bad so called "app" is. Might as well just use the website.... Cuz this is basically the mobile website in the app store. Never would have expected LFCU to have this bad of an app... Even a much smaller credit union I'm a member of has a better app. Good thing there's other money management apps I can use to view this account.

Depositing a check with your app is the worst. No matter what way or angle or background it will not accept the check. Langley do you even care about customer service? Do you even look at the ratings for your own app? Wake up!
