Set up for failure

Site is not user friendly and frequently says that it is inaccessible. Definitely not helpful for making loan payments. Took 4 different calls to call center to correct payment made on time put in wrong account. Disappointing to say the least.
Terrible online and mobile banking

This app is "down" at least once a week, along with the online banking. Very inconvenient for those who like to use Apple Pay, mobile deposits, or even like to check their account info/transactions. Going to change banks. Would not recommend.

Have been member over twenty years…..since retirement moved south, do all banking online….LFCU makes online banking easy and efficient!
App barely works

App barley works and the annoying security verification more than once a day is making me not even want to do online banking. Also at 4-5 times a week it’s says down for maintenance. What maintenance could they be doing? They aren’t improving the app.

This app is as slow as molasses and it if log in too many times like maybe twice in an hour it’ll send an ID notification so frustrating!

The app is good but has some issues. Depositing a check for instance: it took over a week for the funds to go through and I had to call the bank for them to finish it. When I called, funds were available immediately after speaking to someone. Another issue I have is when trying to login: “online banking is temporarily not available”. But when I retry, it’ll go through. Sometimes it takes a few tries. Other times I try to login: it makes me verify my number through text and when I get a code, it still won’t let me login, not until I retry again. Hoping this is fixed because when the app works, it’s great.
