I have to go to the web page to see statements or pending transactions the majority of the time because they don’t show on the app. Other than that it’s a decent app.
Transfers are now so easy.

I have a bank account for paying bills (which is associated with my stock broker) in addition to my Langley FCU account. Transferring money from my Langley FCU account to my bank used to be such a pain: traveling to the local Langley branch, getting a check cut, traveling to my bank, and depositing the check. Eventually I could snapshot deposit the check, saving me one trip. But now, once I set up the transfer from the app, I don’t even need to leave my house. And with two levels of authentication, I know it is secure. I am very happy.

It’s rare even the app works for me. Half the time when I try to log in it says the app is temporarily unavailable. Which seems to be everyday. It seems to be a hassle now.

Sense Langley FCU updated the app my main problem is that every time I go to check my account or login in general every time it wants to do an identity authorization verification. It’ll ask how you want to be verified I always choose text message it’s easier and quicker than going to my email. It might seem minor but it is quit annoying. I’m either having that happen or a message pop up saying technicians are working in the app fixing bugs try again later which I can usually close the app and go back it with no problems as if it’s more of an error message than anything.

I want to love this bank but the inconsistency of the mobile app makes it impossible. It’s always unavailable and sometimes I really need to quickly transfer money or check my account and get info to make payments and I’m unable to. I do not want to have to call a bank to make simple transactions. For this reason I’m very tempted to just go back to Navy Federal.

There hasn’t been a day that I have tried to log in and I didn’t get a message stating there is a system issue. Very frustrating when the online banking via their website does the same thing.
Half the time it doesn’t work

Over 50 percent of the time I cannot login with a message saying the “technicians are working on it”. Would be nice to be able to sign in. Might need new “technicians” to fix this app.
