Problem signing up

Full orchestra

It appears that you cannot have a VPN on when signing up. This means you must be behind a secure firewall. I haven’t used the app yet, but I’ll bet there’s a problem there, too. They can talk about security all they want, but this problem devolves from P3 - Piss Poor Programming. Yep, you can’t see your results if you are on a VPN. Programmers: get your act in gear. Privacy comes first!!!!

App is ok, Face ID not working

ScarletChan

Many have stated already, Face ID does not work. It goes through the recognition phase, but app does not open. This is the only app that I have experienced such problem

Good App!

KDub102.4

I really like the ease of navigation in the app, and the ability to access my lab results whenever I want. FEATURE REQUEST: I wish the app could show me comparison data over time so I can view how selected results have been trending.

Can’t login

Cypress Todd

I registered successfully and can login on the website. But login fails on the app using the same credentials. I even created my account ON THE APP in the first place and used it to login via Safari on my iPhone. But no luck on the app.

App from the dark ages

Aandhi

TouchID does not work Password must be types in. Copy / Paste from a password app does not work Appointment just takes you to the web

Great For Patient’s Rights

Epic Annoyed

I hate when doctors use your lab results for another appt, like, really?! All gloom and doom... I am sorry, not sorry. There was nothing there I didn’t already suspect and was already trying to make lifestyle changes to impact. And you don’t get to make me sweat the worst when it is just borderline and am totally able to make healthy changes to bring it back to a better range. Thank you!!! for putting my labs and my health back in my hands. Now I need to find a Dr that treats me like a partner as well.

Doesn’t work

Try to log in with the same use and password I access the website with but it says the username and password aren’t recognized.

Puts Private Data at Risk

Mick Gator Fan

it would be hard to make it more difficult to log into this app; I use an iPad Pro (10") with iPadOS 13.4. Touch-ID does not seem to work. When I started to type my user ID, a COVID-19 message alert appeared. When I tried to clear that message, I got shunted over to an Accessibility page. I finally had to delete the app. I re-installed it, had to reset my password, and then had the same "accessibility" situation, and got thrown from the app to the website where the buttons did not work. Sometimes a highly nauseating moving image takes over screen. So I deleted the app a second time and deleted all cookies so that the app wouldn't "remember" to take me to the accessibility page or to the website. The third time, I managed to get to the login screen and succeeded but only after I turned off my firewall. This is 100% unacceptable to force users to remove privacy protections to use an app that has health data in it. My financial and pharmacy accounts work fine with the firewall, and so should this app. I deleted the app again - has too many problems and is a big security risk.

Failing at FaceID

cloudtamer

This app has not been properly updated to use TouchID or FaceID. There is an icon for it, but nothing happens. (3+past versions broken).
