To view test results you must first answer questions. Questions never came up and now I’m stuck sending in paperwork to verify my identity. Entire trip cancelled due to this fiasco.

When I went to answer questions to authenticate my identity for my lab results, no questions popped up and the screen was blank. I refreshed and it said it was unsuccessful and now I have to send the printed form that could take up to three days.

I don’t usually write reviews but this app was awful! Trying to get lab results and can’t due to app froze so we couldn’t answer authentication questions, and no option to retry. Just says can’t authenticate so you have to send a written request on their form and wait 3 MORE BUSINESS DAYS. Ridiculous.

Same problems as another user mentioned. I downloaded this app to get my covid test results as quickly as possible, but the authentication questionnaire wouldn't load any questions, and when I exited it said they were unable to authenticate my identity and the only way to do it was via paper, which takes several days. Thus, this app is useless for me. Seems like a big error that should be fixed asap. What was even stupider was that the paper they provided asked for information that they already had just by my registering for the app ??♂️

I can login fine on the website, but the latest version of the app keeps telling me I have the wrong e-mail or password. I am using a password manager (on the site and the app), so I know I’m not making an entry error. That makes the app useless to me. It used to be good, though.

I’ve seen a lot of apps and this is one of the worst. Major login problems where it signs you in one minute and then informs you that your login credentials are wrong the next. Changing the password does not help.

As it happened to others, no question showed up during the authentification process... and I now have to send a paper form by mail! Apparently no way to reset or to be given a second chance (actually first) for online authentification. The form to be sent says that it « will be processed within 3 days ». Hope it will go faster because I need my Covid test results to take a plane...
