Waste of my time

I got my COVID-19 test the day before yesterday and they said they would either give me a call or post them on this app. I made an account which was easy but then when I went to do the authentication quiz for my lab results it glitched out and did not post any questions forcing me to back out and now it won’t let me reload. This is honestly a waste of my time and beyond frustrating.I have deleted the app redound loaded and tried it again I have also went on to the website and nothing will work. It’s only letting me fax a paper copy. This is stupid. There isn’t even a number to call. Also all emails take 2-3 days to get a response. Don’t have time for that.

Incorrect email on ap only

So my profile works for the website, however, when I try the ap it just keeps telling my wrong login information. The funny part is I am using the saved user name / password feature on my phone so it is not even user error.

Update to Face ID

The app works fine, but it needs an update so Face ID works to log in. It still has the thumbprint icon next to the login info, which does nothing if you’ve updated your phone to Face ID. It won’t even save my info, so I have to type it in every time. This is obviously not a huge problem, just seems like it would be a simple update.

This app is very confusing

The authentication quiz did not work and I can’t review my results or schedule an appointment I don’t really understand the point of this app, but it is hard to use and very confusing especially in a time like this.

Cannot Paste a Password

I have an app that randomly generates strong complex password, but this app won’t let you paste in a password upon account creation?!?!???

This app is really not built to current standards. Tried to register 3 times and unsuccessful. Wondering if this is the level of app design , what about data they manage and data privacy and security.

I tried viewing my test results for COVID-19, and everything was going great. That was until the authentication started and they gave me a 'continue' button with no actual questions. I pressed it a couple times and nothing happened. I tried closing and reopening the app to try if it bugged out, and now they want me to mail a copy which also takes up to three business days to be processed. Yikes. Zero stars if I could.
