Why have face/fingerprint login if it has never, ever worked? Even if I auto-fill saved login info, I have to erase and re-type last digit of password to trick it to log me in. Scheduling and invoice payment is painful. Better data manipulation by linking account to Apple Health app and viewing results there.

Took me 40 minutes to make an appointment! Then, can’t retrieve appointment info from the text message they sent because it keeps loading! Now I’m afraid I won’t be in their system at the time of my fasting appointment! Can’t retrieve any confirmation of my appointment. My old plan used Quest and their app was extremely user friendly! FIX THIS!!!
Needs better integration

This needs Apple health integration badly! Plus, when you try to schedule an appointment it just takes you to a webpage. That isn’t great.

Two things 1. Touch ID doesn’t work 2. Added my husband as dependent , yesterday, and his lab results are not available (lab work was done one week ago today)
Can’t login because my email has a sub domain

Baffling the developer(s?) Couldn’t get an email correct. I have no problem login in on the website but cannot on the app and also cannot within the Health app because my email address has a sub domain . No way to change my email on the website, only password can be changed, how stupid is that?!?

Worse App and Customer service ever

Do Not use this app, I'm still waiting for my lab results from a week ago! My doctor already gave me and overview, but I wanted to get the actual results. Could not retrieve then, send an email to the customer service, never heard back!!!
Nice but lacking

It’s good to view your lab results and easy to use, but scheduling an appointment just takes you to the browser; lame but not the end of the world. As others have said, there’s no way to filter a location by the time you want your appointment, also disappointing. The biggest flaw, IMO, is that you can’t see pending appointments. Yea, they send you a text but those links don’t always work and then you have to dig through your email if you forget to put one in your calendar. I have to make multiple appointments at a time and sometimes I miss entering one. It’d also be nice if the app itself alerted you of a pending appointment the morning of or x # of hours before.

Nice app but FaceID does not work. When FaceIF icon is tapped the FaceID checkmark shows correctly indicating face is recognized but it does not open the app. Still have to log in manually
