Takes forever to give Lab results

I got a Covid19 test 10 days ago, download the app to get the results, and they didn’t give me the results yet!.. Sent them a message asking for the results and they didn’t answer.

Difficult and cumbersome. And in the end I was asked to “authenticate” my account so that I could view test results. But, when I attempted to authenticate I received a response indicating I could not authenticate at this time! Really?? Why the heck did they demand I authenticate my account if THEY can not handle the process. These is NOT well done

If you want numbers and somebody clicks on that space open the hey board to the numbers keyboard. You asked for my email address 3 times, how about you get it once and then prefill.

This app needs face recognition updating. Also, it does not recognize my correct username and password entered with iPhone saved passwords which are used in Safari for seamless opening. Completely useless.

Fix your verification process for iPhone users. I tried to authenticate my identity but nothing was loading so I tried going back but I was unable to re-enter the process. Now I have to apparently email/fax over the necessary documents and I don’t have a fax/scanner easily accessible to me. Very inconvenient because now the process is unnecessarily taking longer. My partner who has an android did not have this problem.
Unable to get test results

After setting up account was not able to get test results. Eventually called Doctors that ordered lab work & got test results, so much easier than dealing with this app.
Was 100% USELESS for me

I took a Covid test & went straight home and downloaded the app. After registration, I checked for results. “Unable to authenticate questions. Submit paper request.” For my purpose this app was a total waste of time! Surely LabCorp can afford to hire a competent app developer?
Won’t give you the results immediately

Even though your insurance (that you pay for) pays for the test Lab Corp will not give you the results for up to two weeks after your doctor gets them. Legally your medical information is yours. It doesn’t matter who orders the test; the results are yours. You can get all your other medical results sent to you immediately, only Lab corp denies you your rights.
