The app leads you to their mobile website to schedule an appointment but when selecting a date and time, the webpage just keeps loading and loading until times out. Very disappointed!

This app is useless, as is the website. I would give zero stars if I could. App crashes many times when trying to view Lab Results. I was unable to view my lab results on the app and unable to view lab results on the website. Please fix the app!

Terrible when you try to pay an invoice on an iPhone. Not formatted to screen size and no auto fill for credit card.

Tried to pay for an invoice. It appeared like I was typing and cursor was blinking but no text was showing. Submitted form which failed. Have to select the field, deselect it and go back to make it work. You have to erase the whole field to go back to correct a typo.

Filling credentials from keychain doesn’t work - you have to add a character and erase it before submitting. After that workaround, there’s no indication that it _actually_ supports Face ID like they claim. And why bother - the entire app is just a browser going to their website anyway, except not supporting the full screen of an iPhone X. Do yourself a favor, and just use safari. It’ll save you some aggravation at zero loss of functionality.

When viewing lab results, it gives a healthy range, but if you're anywhere within that range, the graphic shows you right in the middle. The graphics should show you exactly how close to the edges you are.

Went to pay a stack of bills, but I have to enter them in individually? Back to the drawing-board... better yet, find better programmers.

This is not a bad app, but it is very strange that you cannot view your upcoming appointments. You should be able to access your scheduled appointments, and be able to access the QR code. This is a significant deficiency.
