This is a great app if you want a CrossFit style workout. I do wish however that the watch synced up with it. It’s kind of one or the other.

Like many reviewers, I am a middle age former Crossfit guy. I love the fitness but don’t want to make it my whole life. Pros- better than a box. Workouts are designed for ME, not the day coach feels like doing burpees. Or whatever. It’s balanced. Focuses on well rounded fitness Easy to use and follow Nice music interface Pushes me - but not too much to where I’m feeling like injuries are close Filters let it design workouts for your equipment level no matter where or what you have. Cost is totally worth it. Cons- I do miss the community of a box. This is a very well designed app, clearly designed by experts. If you want to get/ stay functionally fit, without the commitment of joining a community live- this is worth a try!

A former Beachbody Coach and forever fitness junkie/spin instructor/#fit mom, this app has expanded my knowledge and got me to the “other side” of the gym. I now LOVE to lift and learn correct form as I move through the daily workouts! I absolutely love the full functionality as I grow stabilizer muscles and continue to get stronger every day. With being forced to workout at home through the COVID-19 scare, I have been able to log even more workouts. I’m so thankful for this program and community!


The Perfect HIIT App

I’ve done CrossFit for about seven years now. I’m that time I’ve been a member of about four boxes, and have also built out a home garage gym that I used with workout programming from a box that sells programming to CrossFit Games bound athletes. Here’s the problem: I always end up getting injured at some point. Now let’s talk Keelo. I’ve used the app for about two years (with breaks for some sport specific training). I have been injured zero times, and I’ve set new Personal Records in almost all major movements. Simply put: KEELO WORKS! It works great! Great workout programming. Great community. And absolutely amazing development team! I can’t recommend it enough.
