Love this app!

I love this app! The workouts are very comparable to the gym I was going to, and when I had a question for a coach, the answered right away. ?

Best workout app around

10.3.19 UPDATE: thinking of getting? DO IT. You won’t regret it. ———- Don’t have the time or knowledge or motivation to craft a workout? You do now. Because Keelo takes care of it all for you. Short, intense workouts that will get you fit all over. And if you can’t or hate going to the gym, no worries, because Keelo can be done at home, with whatever equipment you have, and tailored to you fitness level. I’m a dad of triplets; if I can do it, you can do it. Truly a great app. There aren’t many apps I would say this about, but: I really don’t think you’ll ever regret purchasing a subscription. 10.3.18 update: still loving it and believing you will too!

This app is fantastic. If you want to get fit, be efficient, have fun with constant variation, and always challenge yourself, Keelo is a sharp arrow in your quiver.

Great program to get your WODs

DJ_McRossi

I worked out in a crossfit studio for a year. Unfortunately due to schedule testrictions i could no longer go. I switched to Keelo and work out three times a week at a gym where i work, during my lunch break. I am able to get through warmup, lifting, conditioning, and cool down in 45 to 50 minutes, then clean up and head back to work. The programs are the same workouts i was doing in the crossfit studio. I love it! And hate it (you will understand if you do crossfit)

Different strength portions & longer conditioning workouts

Sawyer and sofie

I like this app a lot but I wish the workouts were a little longer! I find myself doing the strength portion & then adding in more. The conditioning or wod parts are all so short as well. The few I’ve done are 3 movements or less!

Made me love fitness again!

I used to be an avid and dedicated crossfitter but lost steam due to work schedule conflicting with the gym schedule. I created my own home garage gym about a year ago and have struggled with making my own programming to the point where it burned me out even more. Over the past few months I have gotten into cycling but it wasn’t giving me the whole body and strength type workout that I desired. I found Keelo earlier this week and after 3 days I am in LOVE! This app has everything that I need to succeed in my home gym without the hassle or extra thought on top of an already busy schedule. Every day is a different workout that incorporates lifting and WODs, and on top of that there’s an individual unique warm up and cool down each day. As an added bonus there’s also a pretty active online community that you can share your progress with and compare your workout score that still gives you the personal feeling that you get at a community box. Would recommend this app over and over! Keep up the good work.

Best work out app

I’ve tried them all. This is the best by a lot. tried them all and this is the best work out app made to date.

Workouts: good, anything beyond: terrible

Rpayne34

Workouts are pretty good. Not very different than a lot of other apps out there. Algorithm that calculates fitness score is really clunky - doesn’t seem to work most of the time. Customer service is severely lacking as well. You basically get someone that is trying to check a box and get the ticket off their plate rather than put themself in the customers shoes and try to problem solve for them. Gotta believe there’s a better experience out there.
