Great but

Love the app. It’s awesome and the structure and variety is great. One BIG downfall though, it only shows THAT days work out. It would be better if I could at least see the full week or even the next day. Add the option to see future work outs and it would bump it up those two stars.

What I’ve been looking for!

This app is what I’ve been needing in my life! After doing CrossFit for 10 years, it became a huge struggle to fit in class times with a demanding career and 3 children. After trying many different workout programs and apps, I was missing that style of workout terribly....until I found Keelo. I love that you just “show up” and the app guides you through an entire workout from warm up to cool down. After 3 weeks I’m already getting my strength and cardiovascular conditioning back. My hubby and I both have accounts and encourage each other daily! I find myself refreshing the workouts just to find out what I can look forward to the next day.

The Ultimate Fitness App!

This is the fitness app I’ve been dreaming of for years! Great, crossfit style, work outs which include: a warm up, a strength portion, conditioning, and even a warm down. The app allows you to select the equipment you have available and gives you works outs based on what you have. Keelo also allows you to play your apple music/spotify playlists. It has a calendar which allows you to choose the days and times of the week youl’d like to work and even sends reminders. Theres a community element as well which keeps you motivated. And last but not least the price is great, cheaper then the average commercial gym.

I have consistently used Keelo and followed their recommendations for several months now. I am getting significant results. I am noticeably stronger and fitter, not only in my home gym, but in my everyday activities. Even with things like trimming the yard, carrying the bag of dog food, or moving a piece of furniture upstairs. The workouts have also helped me improve my distant running. I have tried so many fitness apps, but this one is unique. It is simple and right to the point and keeps me focused. Sometimes I tell myself there is no way I can complete the workout, but what an incredible feeling when you realize how much more you had in you when it’s all over. If you listen to your body and scale back where you need to, as they recommend, the workouts are very effective. I have never done CrossFit or anything similar. I mention this because I truly feel this app is for anyone. I don’t use the social media part or post the workouts I have done, and I don’t pay attention to leader boards. I just enjoy seeing myself get stronger. The videos of each lift/movement are extremely helpful and well done. You can customize the app to your specific needs/wants, for example if equipment is unavailable to you, or there are movements you don’t want to perform, you can indicate this in the app. The workouts will push you and that’s what I really love about the app. Thank you Keelo!

Great app!

One of the best fitness apps I’ve used. It’s easy to follow and the workouts are tough.

Motivated and pushed by expanded repertoire!!

Loving Keelo. Keeps me motivated in my limited garage gym space. New exercises. Good variety. Was what I needed to get back on the workout wagon with regularly. Would give it 5 stars except for two things: 1) you can’t pause your workout (ie: my kid needs something that can’t wait), and 2) if you go out of Keelo app for more than a few seconds your workout quits on you (there may be a remedy by enabling GPS?).

I have been using Keelo since mid April (5.5 months) and am still loving the workouts and the results. I tested out a bunch of different workout app trials and although some of the other apps had more features or better interfaces, I found that Keelo had the best workouts and isn’t that most important thing in a workout app? If you like the workouts, you will keep doing them. While I was already in good shape and active, I had never done weight training before and have gotten so much stronger and toned in my time with Keelo. While the app does lack some extra functionality that you would find in other similar workout apps (lack of calendar to easily look at upcoming or past workouts, very limited cardio workouts you can track within the app, and poor Apple Watch integration - which supposedly is going to be improved soon, yay) the developer is constantly making improvements, addressing users concerns and actually taking suggestions on how to make the app work better for us. Most apps don’t fix those things so quickly. I’m excited to see how they continue to make this app better and to see more results from doing the workouts. For reference I am a 28yr old female and this app works for me! I started out with only a small set of dumbbells and kettle bells for the first couple of months. This set up a good foundation learning the movements in the app but when I added a barbell set I felt like the app really opened up in terms of potential, plus it allowed for much more variety in the workouts.

Disappointed

This is what is wrong with our nation if you are going to charge for an app say it in description and another if you are wanting to help people better themselves do it very discouraging when someone gets motivated to actually work on themselves downloads your app in confidence and then you ask for money helping someone achieve getting in shape should be more rewarding than your greed for money

Best fitness app so far
