Didn’t even remember subscription. Really weird and annoying. Also, Bluetooth heart monitor doesn’t work in app now.

If you are looking to get into great shape, this is the right app. Well worth the price.

Minimal setup. Incredibly flexible workout regimen that can be rapidly customized to your available equipment, or use no equipment at all. Easily understood metrics and tracking. Intuitive user interface that is both minimal yet rich with the information relevant to you in every phase of your workout. Oh and it has a rewards-based system that celebrates your achievements with some nice swag with a crowning achievement reward that can’t be bought. This is some very thoughtful reinforcement for habit forming. Maintain a streak? Sure ok. Earn a hoodie on your 250th workout? HECK YEAH IM IN! Hoon knows how to develop an app alright.

Great app - CrossFit-style workouts. Programmed for you daily or you can custom select from a deep set of WODs. Customizable to the equipment you have. Also has strength workouts daily, along with a reasonably complete set strength workouts to track your progress. Only thing I’d like to see is more support for programming strength development - ie. If I want a 6 week focus on deadlifts, for example, Keelo could set that up and track it. Same for skill development, say a 12 week pull-up program, mixed into other random strength each week. Overall, great app!

This is the best app for CrossFit. It has a great variety of WODs and so much more.

Keelo is a great app. I love that it changes the workouts daily and if I miss I don’t lose the workout I was supposed to do. Everyone is supportive and pushes you to do better. I also love the support feature right in the app. As a non-lifter, I’ve asked questions while preparing for a lift, and gotten immediate responses.
