The app hasn’t been updated in over 5 months at this point and while it will launch, it won’t connect to my SP-2 to send a print even if the phone sees and connects to the printers’s WiFi connection.

Super frustrating app to use because I constantly get the error “The selected picture cannot be used” on nearly all the pictures on my device, rendering my new SP-3 printer virtually useless.

It would have been ok, if this was shipped on 2008. Have the developers ever used an iPhone since then? I guess not. Return this printer while you can because this app will probably break with your every major iOS update.

I have both the SP1 and SP3, that I use to give out to people that I make street portraits of. I see that Fujifilm released the Instax Wide printer which has its own app. The app for Wide has QR code printing functionality that can link to a custom URL - perfect for linking to your online store or socials. Sadly, Fuji ditched on their loyal customers and have not updated this app to include such feature. What’s worse, the app has not been updated in 9 months. Here’s a tip, Fuji - want more people making prints? Update the app so we have a reason to use it and make more prints.

I’ve been having this printer for three years. The printer use to work flawlessly. However, this app ruins everything. Without the app you can’t print anything and this app hasn’t been updated since 10 months ago. I use to be able to print some things as the app wouldn’t download certain photos. Now i can’t print anything at all cause it won’t connect to the wifi anymore. Please fix all the problems with this app. I might just buy Polaroid camera to use the film I have left, but I really hate that idea. Please fix the app!

This app needs update. I see the mini link app and wish this one would catch up to it or be combined. My printer works great I don't feel like I need to upgrade it especially if its only for the app that goes with it.

This app is great! These reviews just tell me that some people can’t grasp how to function it. The printer I have is amazing. The app is simple and the process is so much easier than I anticipated. Polaroid Printers are a great invention overall.
