The printer will only allow me to print photos that I take in the app. All the photos in my camera roll it says “the selected photo is not able to print”. The whole reason I purchased this printer was to be able to print photos from my camera roll.

I got this over the summer and have used it many times to print pictures from my camera roll. The only reason i bought it. Now all of the sudden it’s not printing anymore and will say most of my images aren’t able to be printed. Please fix!
Spoiler Alert ???
Even AFTER the app “updates” to be compatible with IOS 14 it STILL doesn’t work. Don’t waste you money go buy something else that actually works ?

The app does not connect to the printer. I have been trying to connect it for 8 months unable to use the film i purchased. I don’t understand what the issue is, because everything will say i’m connected until i go to print the photo. When i try to click on printer settings it gets stuck in an endless loop. Please update this app.

For the past 3 weeks i’ve been trying to connect to my printer. I need to print out pictures but will not connect. Only way printer will print pictures if i take it threw the camera part. I can’t print from my phone gallery.

Ever since some of the more recent updates the app doesn’t won’t on my phone. I get a “The selected picture cannot be used” on EVERY picture in my camera roll. Keeping in mind it will reprint pictures from last projects just fine, but when I select them from my camera roll it gives that message.
