The app is glitchy

Recently the app has not been giving me the option to get cookies delivered, even though I have not had any problem with it in the past and I’m able to through the website. In addition, the location/address service is horrible and I have to type almost my entire address out before it pops up in suggested, despite the suggested items being in different states. The automatic location is without fail always the building beside mine, and if I add my address to the address book it treats it like its an address in a different country
Horrible app and customer service - never received cookies

First time (and only time experience) with this company and never even received the cookies. Was on hold twice. They claimed driver came and “knocked” even though we have a doorbell and a Nest camera that showed NO ONE came. Ordered cookies via the app (which I now deleted) at 8pm. Was on hold the second time at 9:30. No cookies. This company is a joke.

Love insomnia, but the app is super clunky and crashes a lot. Would love to see a redesign and Apple Pay ?

App Has A Major Flaw

Wanted to order cookies for my daughter in college. The store is a 5 minute walk from her dorm. However, the location feature places me outside the delivery Zone and my only options are to pick up or have them shipped. She had to order her own cookies.
Hard to use

App is hard to use and doesn’t seem to take advantage of an built iOS UI features that make for an good user experience.
