Seriously, I’ve had to call so many times to correct an address, quantity, to even find out if an order is placed. Sometimes the app shows a place to give a coupon code, sometimes not. If I hadn’t been a programmer for 15 years building user friendly apps, I would say ESO; but this app is not intuitive or consistent. Unlike the cookies which are AWESOME!

I order a cookie cake every year and it has always been perfect and always greasy. Great to have a place that parents can send stuff to the kids in college.

Spent almost $50 on assorted bday items for my student. It was two hours late and I had to call twice to follow up. My student’s dorm won’t take deliveries so I had to spoil the surprise and tell kid to stick around to receive bday surprise. She couldn’t leave to celebrate her bday cause she was waiting for cookies. She was a good sport tho and said they were good.

The cookies are great. Ice cream is good. However, the cookie tracker is trash. Every G D time I hit that button it tells me baking, and then I hear a knock on the door. After I take the food I’ll hit the tracker 1 more time still says BAKING. Just something that annoys the hell out of me, but I check it every time.
