Not An App/Game Player
Finals begin tomorrow and I wanted to order my daughter some cookies. I haven’t placed an order since last semester. The app would not allow me to update my payment information. I kept receiving messages indicating can’t delete default payment. The option to add additional payments was not available. I called the local store and the best advice offered was to order online. Ordering online does not offer an Apple Pay or PayPal option. If I wanted to order cookies, I needed to provide all my personal information on the internet. Terrible app if you need to update information. To order cookies I had to create another account.

When starting an order, the delivery location should just default to the saved address. I use the app regularly but this time it used GPS and selected an address 2 blocks away. The delivery driver sat outside for 10 minutes before calling and realized the wrong address was on the order. What is the point of setting an address?

i love ordering from here! the app was super convenient at first, but then it gave me a pop up saying i needed a valid phone number, though mine works perfectly fine for everything else. another trouble it gives me is not allowing me to change my card information at all, and i can't order since i don't have access to that card anymore. pretty disappointing
Take Off The GPS Function

I’m a delivery driver working at the USC store, and the GPS function is often incorrect (which I understand since it depends on their phone’s internet connection) and customers report that it’s “difficult or impossible” to change it. Please make it more user friendly or remove it altogether. This happens multiple times on every shift I work.

Loyalty points not being kept track

The cookies are delicious. The order process is easy. The cookie tracker is really bad, and doesn’t work mostly, and it takes too long to deliver.

Super disappointed with the explanation of this App. After using it my Sympathy box of cookies was delivered through Fed Ex 24 hours later cold on recipients porch. Had I understood it clearly as I did when I reviewed it on their website after the fact it would have been ordered different. The tracking didn’t work and it was impossible to contact anyone through the App. A completely different experience through the service itself. The App was not so easy to navigate. Do yourself a favor. Go to the website.
