Too many glitches

The best thing about this app is that after the multiple error messages and failed attempts, if you can make it work, you get cookies!!

App used to work, broken now. I can’t save a new address because of an error that asks me to put in an address when it’s already been entered. I can’t order cookies to be delivered anymore, which means I can’t order cookies anymore since I work at the hospital and can’t leave mid-shift. Wish the old version was back

Won’t let you schedule delivery or pickup, only shipping. I thought the whole point was to get them delivered. Won’t let me put in an address either, doesn’t have a place to put the city and state. Tried calling, forget that. They screwed it up so much I literally got 4 different stories.

It would be nice to take the multipack offers that save on pricing and be able to pick up hat types of cookies to send. Other than that, it’s an easy app to use.
Love the cookies but the app could use some work

Love the cookies but the app doesn’t always work and isn’t as intuitive as you would like. Instead of guessing my address based on my location, let me enter my address, etc.

Love this as a special treat for my daughter to help her celebrate when I can’t be there, or just for a pick me up on a not so good day.
