I love these cookies as if they were my own fur children. However last time I was here I ordered a chocolate peanut butter cup cookie and they gave me a peanut chip instead. It was delicious of course but not what I ordered
Cookies are wonderful but…

The cookies are amazing!!!! However…. Have ordered a couple times recently when order will say baking, or out for delivery & never arrives. Call takes you to a call center who then will tell you the store is closed. They do refund your order, but an update to the app not allowing you to order at all would be preferred. They offer you no compensation for their error. I would suggest either fixing the app to not allow ordering at all if the store is closed, or at least compensate your customers accordingly for bad customer service.

Over priced for what Hard to contact and get refund when they mess up. Always skimping on the ice cream. 6 cookies 1 pint ice cream, how much you think that’ll be? 10, 12 dollars? No, 25 dollars!!!

The app is terrible. Remembering your last delivery location and settings should be standard. But always tries to guess my location via GPS (which is an invalid address) and defaults to pickup. Over it.
