App crashes

Every time I make an order and go to checkout, my order doesn’t go through and it says error instead. I tried making an order on the website and it did the same thing. I had to deactivate my first account to make a new account in hopes that it would work but no it didn’t. I don’t know why my order won’t go through even when I checked to make sure everything was right and it was.

i’ve used the app before and it was fine. however tonight it won’t load or add anything to my order. disappointed i wanted cookies :( yes the app is updated.

The get my free cookie button on the app needs to be fixed. It doesn’t pop up until it has been at least 24 hours. On the website, it doesn’t have to be 24 hours- only a new day.

I love insomnia cookies, but the app is very glitchy. My points never show up and prices all say $0.00 until I get to checkout. When typing any sort of directions the keyboard retracts after a few characters. The app is also slow and crashes a lot. Tracking in the app does not work at all, youre better off using the email they send you. Please fix the app to work properly.

The app wouldn’t let me use any of my cards and every time I was able to it would say they detected fraud and cancel the order but the website worked fine.

The app is so broken. Doesn’t support Apple Pay or Apple Keychain. I tried to place an order and it took almost 10 to process the order. Had to try checkout many times.

Glitchy app. Orders repeatedly show as delivered already when they haven’t been, pricing and member deals are glitchy. Wouldn’t be as big of a deal if you could actually call a location to resolve issues. While their call center is generally helpful once you get through, they have dropped calls repeatedly.
