Horrible app and customer service - never received cookies – Insomnia Cookies Review

First time (and only time experience) with this company and never even received the cookies. Was on hold twice. They claimed driver came and “knocked” even though we have a doorbell and a Nest camera that showed NO ONE came. Ordered cookies via the app (which I now deleted) at 8pm. Was on hold the second time at 9:30. No cookies. This company is a joke.
