It’s super-annoying that you are made to pick the pick up time at the beginning of the process. Inevitably by the time you pick your cookies, the app makes you choose a later pick up time. If you could have the pick up time selection at the END of the order, it would work much better. And… if you are inputting a new credit card & your pick up time is invalid, the app doesn’t remember all the credit card info you just inputted. You have to go all the way back to re-select the pick up time & then hurry to input your new credit card info before it decides to prompt you for a new pickup time again. Grrr.

This app/store’s delivery option is one of the worst out of all the food apps that I’be ever had on my phone. The delivery time option is “ASAP” which really means 3 hours after you’ve ordered. The tracker does not even work. It does not matter which store it is. Just a terrible app/service all together.

Honest opinion… apps are made to be more convenient for customers to use and the app is so glitchy. Also, why make an app when it directs you to the website to order?…

I absolutely love insomnia cookies. They have fast delivery, and follow directions every time!! Their cookies are always warm and perfect!!! This app make it so easy I can have dessert ordered before dinner and it’s never late!!!
Delivery Time Bug

When I select a specific delivery time on the check page, the page refreshes to 00:00, which prevents me from completing my order. This is suspiciously happening the week I’m given a code for free cookies.
App is broken
I'm honestly just confused
Tried to place an order for 30 minutes and failed. It won't let me manage my payment methods to delete expired cards, and it won't let me choose new cards.

This app is useless. I’m unable to stay logged into my account. The prices are all $0 when I look at the menu. The track tracking for the delivery doesn’t work. I am more willing to order through the website that this app.
