Why hasn’t iSet been updated in 4 years?

The app no longer works. Can’t use it to connect to my iDL45 with my iPhone. Has iHome gone out of business, or did they just give up?

iHome just keeps getting worse

The first iHome I bought, I loved. It came with a remote and the sleep option had the music fade out before it cut off. But the LED eventually died and the support team didn’t offer any repair options. So, I bought a new one. No remote. And the music just cuts off without fading out. Latest thing, the app (iHome+Sleep) stopped working, so I deleted it and tried to download it again. But now it’s showing “not available in my country/region”. So, I tried iHome Set, which offers considerably less than the iHome+Sleep option. With the old app, I could set multiple alarms by day (not just weekend, weekdays, etc) and set my sleep and wake music from the Apple Music App. No more. Instead of improvements, SDI takes the best features and eliminates them. I hope to find a better product no matter what I have to pay for it.

As of iOS 14.2 (November 2020) this app no longer works. Crashes and closes immediately after opening.
