App Will Not Load

When I try to open the app the title screen comes up then is gone. Happens if in dock or not (iD 95). Power checked, battery changed, phone reset, app deleted and reloaded all without fixing the problem.

The app needs an update. The app has lots of scaling issues to iPhone 6s screen size. There is now bright white background like a texture was removed or forgotten. Every morning I use two alarms a radio and a beep back up. If I snooze then try to turn off alarms the clock screen still shows active alarms. I have to turn off on off for screen to clear alarms. I use it with iHome radio idl45bc. iOS 14 finally kill off this app

My iPad automatically updated and now it will not work with this app. This has been the only way to set my alarm clock. Now I guess it will tell the correct time until the next power outage. After that the entire thing is a brick. Bummer!
I home set works sometimes but likes to disconnect when it wants

I home set is not reliable working with the I home W1 speaker. It cuts off the cable connection to my iPhone 8. And surprise sometimes it works through WiFi.

I’ve had iHome products for years. Initially it worked great with setting time and the alarms. I replaced my old clock radio with a new one a couple years ago. It hasn’t worked well at all. For instance, clock has two alarms, app only displays one for setting. And it didn’t work all the time. Looking at the app I see it hasn’t been updated in a year. That update didn’t fix the issues I was having. The company simply doesn’t care. If you are looking at the hardware and want to know if you should buy it, don’t. Stay away. It’s expensive and they don’t support it. Update: DO NOT BUY iHome products! They don’t support them. As of this writing 12/13/20, this app hasn’t been updated in FOUR YEARS. Still have issues with the app not working with their products. They are a crap company with crap IT development. The reason you buy their products is the TECHNOLOGY! Apple - throw this app out of your store with prejudice!
