Update (10/13/17): IDL 44- app won’t recognize and program the second alarm feature. Half the time it can’t remember to play from playlist- it’ll play random tracks from the phone, including podcasts. Really seems to be moving backwards. Getting to be extremely disappointed in the hardware AND he software. I caution anyone about buying these products. I use this on my iPhone to set my iHome clock. Works very well and rather easily. Unfortunately, it forgets what my personal wake to settings were. It defaults back to "dock" rather than "playlist" every time I open the app. Would be helpful if I didn't have to redo that every time. Disappointingly, extremely so, you can NOT make any changes in the app unless it is connected to an iHome device. It would be FANTASTIC if I could open the app while I am at work, change my alarm settings so that I will wake up in time for a meeting, get home, put the phone in the clock and have the clock update to that new setting. But sadly, that is not the case. If you open the app it tells you that you must connect it to an iHome device for the app to work. Maybe a future update will fix this.

I have used this app for a long time and it no longer works with their products. As you see many more are having the same issues. It's worthless and setting the radio and stations is now a PIA.

Not working with iOS 11.1

This used to work with my iHome product (with quirks). Hopefully they can get the app updated since it is far easier to navigate and set there product with it than the 20 small buttons on top...
App is not compatible with iOS updates.

Apple updated iOS and now the app doesn't work, which means anything you would want to a charge on an iHome product doesn't see that it is docked and doesn't charge. My iPad 2 and iPhone 8plus haven't been charging overnight since the update. They charge on anything else.
Broken with 11.2?

This app will no longer connect after the iOS 11.2 update. I just get a message that says the device is not compatible. It has worked until this update, with all of it’s other bugs. At least it will still charge my phone. Guess it is about time to give up on iHome and find a new brand to use.
App Doesn’t Work

Downloaded this app to work with my bedside clock radio. Worked OK until I downloaded the update and it has been foobarred ever since. VERY disappointing. If you are thinking of purchasing an iHome product - don’t!
Crashes! -but I found a fix for older speakers

Trying to connect to older iHome W3 AirPlay speaker via lightning cable always crashes this app. However you can still use a computer to manage the speaker (change its name and set WiFi network to join) I googled a pdf manual online, following instructions on page 10 for ‘setup with a computer’. It worked!
