I can’t even open the app from my phone. It closes out immediately every time I try to open it.
Crashes when connecting iW3 speaker on iOS 12.1

I have several iHome iW3 speakers that I use for Airplay streaming. I need to reset the wifi settings on them. When I launch this app on an iPhone or iPad running the current version of iOS and connect the speaker via USB, I briefly see the current settings of the device and then the app crashes.

Got the alarm clock for Christmas, downloaded the app. I like the concept, but not happy the app crashes constantly and I have not really been able to use it at all.

Do not purchase any iHome products. The company intentionally cuts support from products after a certain time to force you to purchase new products regularly.
Not syncing

First this app has not been updated in 2 years. Secondly it is not syncing with my new IPL24 clock radio. Try to the alarm or the equalizer or anything and it just disconnects. Very frustrating

Opening the app is impossible. Unsurprisingly iHome abandoned this app, the products that depend on it, and those customers who were gullible enough to buy their junk.
What about iOS 8+?

If a manufacturer wants to instill confidence that their $hundred-dollar+ hardware is worth buying, it’s a good idea to keep maintaining the application. Why in the world would I ever trust your “smart plugs” when you stopped supporting anything after ios7 with this app? I’m tossing in an extra star just because I can still use this to set time with iOS 12 on my several hundred dollars in iHome clocks. But firmware isn’t receiving updates and I’ll never be buying anything else that touches the internet from iHome.
