Continuous crashing

The app is a neat idea but it’s constantly crashing. Every time I’ve gone to set an alarm through the app it kicks me out. I can’t even try to go through the other functions through the app because of getting kicked off of it.

If you’re reading this review, it may well be that you’ve already purchased a perfectly useless ihome radio of some sort. It’s daylight savings time and I’ve just tried to connect my iPhone X and my iPad Pro to the ihome radio simply to set the clock ahead an hour. Neither device registers that it is physically connected so the app just sits there and tells me to dock my device to the ihome equipment. Totally. And. Completely. Worthless. I sincerely hope, dear reader, you’ve seen this before wasting your money on ihome‘ s garbage.

I recently purchased an iPhone clock radio and the instructions said to download this app for easy setup. I ended up doing setup manually and the app does nothing but crash. When I came leave a review, I realized that the app has not been updated in over a year. I sincerely wish I’d not purchased an iHome product.

This appears no longer works. Went to set clock on 03/11/2018 and nothing happened. Sent email to iHome support on 03/12/2018. Finally got a response on 03/16/18. The response was: Hi Juan Carlos, The iHome set app has been discontinued. No longer available in the App store. Thanks, iHome Support Great customer ??
This app and speaker never worked properly.

I have the iw3 speaker and getting it connected has never been easy. But now I’m trying to re sync my new phone and nothing. The app crashes and I’m not certain the speaker even works right in the first place. This is a great company it seems has the mark of excellence. Tomorrow I take this speaker and throw it in the trash. I will never buy their sub-par products again.

This app is extremely outdated and serves no purpose the only things you can do on this app (which is very limited next to nothing) you can just do with the Apple clock app. Not only is this app useless it also crashes constantly I have updated and done everything possible to have this app not crash but it still does. The only reason I got this dumb thing in the first place was to customize my alarm. But no anytime I even touch the alarm setting the app crashes 100% of the time. I have never seen a worse app and hope I never do then this worthless thing. This app doesn't even deserve 1 star

Tells me developer needs to update app to make it work on iOS11! Never a problem with ten. Need to update your app! Do it now! Or this ihome is just a paperweight!

Crashes every time you try to set or update anything on the iHome with the app. Has not been updated for use with the iPhone X. Complete waste of time and bandwidth to download and install. I’ll probably die of old age waiting for an update from the developer.
