It sets the time when the clock has been unplugged, but doesn't do anything else now. What happened???

Like everyone else says, it simply doesn’t work. When you plug into an iHome device it recognizes and tells you to download the app, but the only thing it shows on the home screen is “Search for Firmware Update.” If you select that it says the firmware is up to date. No other functionality at all. Worthless, and from all the other comments here you can tell the developers don’t care and aren’t doing anything to fix it.

I figured out why my ihome wasn’t responding. I love my ihome. This app doesn’t work with my generation I home.

I’ve had iHome products for years. Initially it worked great with setting time and the alarms. I replaced my old clock radio with a new one a couple years ago. It hasn’t worked well at all. For instance, clock has two alarms, app only displays one for setting. And it didn’t work all the time. Looking at the app I see it hasn’t been updated in a year. That update didn’t fix the issues I was having. The company simply doesn’t care. If you are looking at the hardware and want to know if you should buy it, don’t. Stay away. It’s expensive and they don’t support it.

App isn’t compatible with iPhone at all. Trying to set up network, and cannot input password field, therefore rendering speaker useless unless my phone is plugged into it. Garbage.

Tells me developer needs to update app to make it work on iOS11! Never a problem with ten. Need to update your app! Do it now! Or this ihome is just a paperweight! Your service is horrible!

IM PRETTY SURE THE OWNERS OF THIS “iHome” HAVEN’T EVEN CHECKED THEIR REVIEWS. This app always crashes and I wanted it bc I wanted an alarm that could wake me up with my favorite SONGS!!!! Anytime you try to change a setting the app closes up automatically- I have an iPhone X and it DOES NOT WORK- there was something about the iPhone X on the front, but it was covered up with a packaging sticker (maybe that’s why). I REGRET BUYING THIS; LUCKILY BEST BUY ALLOWS U TO TAKE STUFF BACK IF IT DOESN’T WORK!! THANKS FOR NOTHING U LAZY PEOPLE, START WORKING HARDER!!!!! THIS DESERVES -4 STARS
Major problems with app

Well, seeming like this app has been hated for a ehile now, let's make this worse. I have hated this app for a while now, but they just made an update where now my ihome isn't compatible with the latest version. Seriously, STOP UPDATING APPS, I now most likely can't ever use my ihome since next time the clock change comes around it won't change. When I have the guts to, I am going go get something that isn't Ihome, or even apple, since they just keep making older models irrelevant If the app devs delete this review I'll just make the same one, since I copied it and pasted it onto a doc. Until they make this better i will keep my hate for this app
