Never buying iHome again

This app never worked perfectly, but it did work and the devices were great. Although they never fixed the bugs, at least they recompiled it so it would work through a couple iOS updates. It was the bare minimum they could do (and takes no effort) but even that proved too demanding; now the app doesn’t work, so their devices are bricks. If they had folded this app’s functions into newer apps that handled other products it’d easily be worth getting more iHome devices, but they’ve shown the extent of their customer loyalty. If I knew then how long that lasts I’d *never* have bought from them.
I want to continue use of my iW3 iHome

I ask a favor: can you update the app to be compatible with the current iOS so I can reconnect me iW3 to wifi. Every time I open the app, it immediately crashes. Hope to hear back! Thank you

Loved this until I bought the iPhone 11 pro max now it won’t work every time I try to set it up it says it needs to be updated once I press update it says it up to date! So now I have to donate it since it’s un usable for me now I’m extremely disappointed since I absolutely love my dock when I want to listen to music great sound quality for something so little! I really hope there is a way to make a new update for the iPhone 11 pro max so I don’t have to get rid of it!

I have an i home and I do the thing where I set it to the BT mode and press the BT button until it says pairing and then try to connect to the Bluetooth on my phone but the device is not showing up. Any advice?

I have a iA9 and this app no longer connects. Radio works perfectly fine, but I can no longer update the clock and date with this app. I don't think BSI cares about their old customers. Reload on a new iPhone seemed like it connected and then said something about device not working I will not purchase another iHome device
Terrible app, crashes in iOS 13

I bought a new ipl8xh clock and tried using this app to configure he alarm but it crashes every time I select an alarm option. It’s unusable as an alarm clock at this point. I’m returning to the store that I bought it tomorrow. Junk.
