cant seem to do anything like download files. can just look. that is stupid. the heck with this...i will just have to use the web site. also, does not include access to synched files, backups. thats dumb too. and now a backup is missing again.

Great app overall, backs up everything you need, but I enable background upload and when I still have the app open then close the window, it says IDrive has paused, open it back up. It’s background upload doesn’t work. It works though and that’s what matters

IDrive doesn’t have the capacity to get your permently deleted iCloud pictures, deleted in your phone iPhone pictures, deleted iDrive pictures, deleted google photos pictures, deleted iCloud videos, deleted google photos videos, deleted Idrive videos deleted notes, deleted google keep notes, deleted iCloud Notes, deleted IDrive notes, IDrive can’t get your permanently deleted pictures videos notes all back to you please someone make an app that can get your important permanently deleted photos back. Please make an app that will stop from permanently deletion of photos, videos, notes, and another problem IDrive doesn’t have the abilities to receive, and or sending my pictures & videos in google photos to Idrive files doesn’t work, really sending files, videos, pictures to Idrive is impossible. I have a jealous boyfriend he permanently deletes all my important pictures, videos, notes. I’m paying for IDrive. please IDrive help me stop permanently deleted property, make a folder with a code that permanently deleted pictures, videos, notes, any other lost files can go into a folder called: the permanently deleted folder, and knowing that all your property is safe and knowing that you can get your pictures, videos, notes back takes a lot of stress off. This folder stores permanently deleted files goes into folder and only the owner knows how to get into that folder to restore the important files that were permanently deleted by the jealous boyfriend. no one has an app for permanently deleted files not google not iCloud not IDrive please help add this feature on to IDrive and add the ability for receiving my pictures, videos notes from google photos, google keep.
Frustrating mobile, better desktop app

This mobile app has been so frustrating over the years. I’ve never know it to accurately display the amount of new files to be backed up. Right now there’s a 51 showing on the iDrive icon. I don’t have anywhere near that in new files to back up. One of the other issues is even though I have it set to automatically back up it doesn’t. So when I open the app sometimes it might show me 10 files to back up sometimes it might show show me three or 400. It’s never accurate. I have every setting set that would allow it to back up automatically and it never does even though I’m on Wi-Fi all day long.I now have cloud iPhone back up that I pay for because this mobile app just isn’t trustworthy. I do like their desktop application.

One star is too much for this app , when I tried to sign up it’s keep crashing ! , it didn’t work at all ! Please fix that

Video files can not open, after upload and they didn’t refund money, after account cancellation in time, they told. Unusable app, don’t buy.

I delete pics.. go out of account - come back and it has to backup. So I wait til it’s done and ... all my deleted pics are back!! Then they want to charge me for extra storage! I’ve asked multiple times why this happens and no answer?

This app is one of the best alternative back up on the Apple store hands down and at a hard to beat price! Just down load it Worth every penny. Seems seems to be getting better. Nice if it could upload faster but it’s good anyways!
