Frustrating - poor customer service

This application makes it very difficult to cancel subscription. I am deeply disappointed.

It works very well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I am very happy with it. It is nice to be able to retrieve files from my computer on my phone.

This is by far the best value and easy to use cloud storage option I have ever used. It’s simple. Straight forward. And it’s cheap. Easy 5 stars from me, a professional wedding photographer.
Service is good. App crashes constantly.

This backup is great for pics only. Non of my videos were backed up. The intro price for a year is great but after that i will cancel. I wanted to contact support but it gives you the run around. Could be great but for the moment its not.
A few suggestions
God’s Grace
Good that we can back up tot he cloud but I wish the devs would fix the following: 1. He able to leave the app while it’s backup up 2. When backup and I delete a file it gets stuck and I have to start the download again 3. As of Nov. 9, 2020 I’ve had to do a backup overnight on 668 files 3 times and it still only at 24 8 hours later. 4. Each files we should be able to put a password to download Thank you.

Gets caught in an endless loop when I try to access photos uploaded on one device and viewed on an iPad. Messaging customer service generates an error message saying it can’t connect with my email provider
