I *SPECIFICALLY* paid for your storage to backup ORIGINALS. Yet you changed it to "good" without telling me, and now you don't reupload the garbage quality photos in original quality? Glad I'm not only using you for backup. TERRIBLY designed. Should be ORIGINAL by default, or at least NEVER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF ALL TIME change from Original to "Good" (really bad) without a double confirmation first.

Beware of purchasing from this company! They will only issue a refund if you contact them right away. Even though I have cancelled their service and will not be using them for over 10 months, they will not even issue a pro-rated refund. Buyer beware!!!
New costumer getting frustrated

Its a friend recommendation and thought it’s a good one, pretty excited before but the app on my iphone keep on crashing for what’s reason behind it as soon clicking it to open. I’ve been with it for more than a week now but no chance to see the whole app itself, read some comments and some are almost the same dilemma! Please help me out with this to make my 2star to more than 5star plus
Decent Sale Price, Very Limited Functionality

Since google photos no longer offer unlimited storage I needed to find an alternative for my iPhone photos and videos. Some website suggested iDrive as the best alternative. So far it’s decent, but lacks a lot of functions. The iPhone app does good at backing up files and folders. However, accessing these files elsewhere is very limited and not too intuitive. No facial recognition, no photo location data or a way to search, group functions or anything else like google photos. You can create a shared album that expires after 30 days. -2gb max file size, so no-go for 4k video backups. - No photo albums, except what’s on the iPhone. - Can’t download more than 1 photo or video - Web interface can be slow to load (I’m on a 10gbs fiber connection), but uploads are fast both from the PC and iPhone. - Web interface is very basic, and very limited. - iDrive windows software is confusing at first, and only shows file names for photos, does not show thumbnails or anything. Can select individual files to download, but you’ll need to know you photo file names.

Auto syncing never works. All of our files disappeared from cloud and don’t know how to attempt recovery. Fortunately, I kept a backup since I don’t trust cloud services. We will be trying a different service going forward.

Pretty stupid that this app requires always access to your location in order to back up in the background. Deleted the app.

I used it on my iPhone XS Max, and it didn’t work. Simple use for videos and pictures. I followed every instructions, but it just wasted my time and money. Junky App...
Useless App

It downloaded my photos and now says I have too many. Yet it provides no way to delete any photos. There is no control panel. Useless app.
