I love watching the shows I can see but there are so many locked because my provider hasn’t made any agreements with ID go evidently! Very frustrating!

I haven't used the app very long but so far its been good and I'm hoping for continued good viewing. If it turns out to be other than that, I will update my rating to reflect that experience at a future date.

Too many ads

If you love watching the same ads over and over this is the app for you! I’ve lost count how many times I was watching a show and then between 6 to 8 ads came up. After the ads end, instead of going back to the show I was in the middle of, it goes back to the IDgo home screen. Then I have to find the show I was watching and watch 6 to 8 ads again in order to keep watching. I love the IDgo shows but this app is the worst.

I have 2 different Roku sticks on 2 different TVs and the ID GO App on both of them has me locked out of watching anything even though the ID Channel is included in my Spectrum cable subscription. I sent an email via your website but please fix this soon! It’s one of my favorite channels!!!

RED LOCK NO ACCESS TO CABLE SUBSCRIBERS

Recently IDGO has blocked a lot of streaming content from cable subscribers. A red lock is displayed and when I try to view the content it says that it is only available to paid TV subscribers. I logged off and logged back in and still have the same issue. I was unable to locate any information on ID’s site describing this issue or notifying users of a change in programming access. Why wouldn’t I full access to all programming when logged in with my cable provider. This is absolutely ridiculous and makes this app useless.
