I love this channel, but I’m having so many issues with the app. I’ve had to delete it and redownload the app to even get it to open. Twice! And now I just get an error message stating that there’s a problem and to try again later on every single show! And yes, the commercials are annoying and frequent and irrelevant to me.

I’m not sure why there are people complaining about seeing ads that aren’t local to them. Watch another channel that shows more local ads if it’s that important to you. The only issue I have with the ads is that they’re SO much louder than the show itself. I watch ID on my Roku and whatever I have the volume on to hear the show, the commercials are twice as loud. I don’t believe it’s an issue with my tv either as this app is the only one it happens with.

I just have one problem wit it. Sometimes I pause it..& instead of it doing so..it starts to buffer..then says that there was an error. I have to come out of the show I was watching & at times..the app. Then I have to start over..when going back in..because it didn’t remember what place in the show..I was at. So irritating! Please fix!
