And throughout the entire time, the developers made it a priority to keep me informed. So appreciative. Thanks ID! ***Added comment on 12.18.18*** The fact that a developer responded so quickly to my request for assistance is impressive. It isn’t their first time. Someone responded quickly the first time, and my problem was solved within minutes. The current issue still requires additional efforts, however, just the fact that someone took the time to let me know (I’d STILL be trying to fix what I thought was an issue on my end!), speaks to their professionalism and the concern they have for the subscribers. Main menu loads, but as soon as I select a show, it immediately kicks me out of the app altogether....??‍♀️I tried restarting my iPad and signing out of ID and then back in again. Nothing works. ***Added comment on 11.27.19*** I’m so impressed that our reviews get immediate feedback from ID....because there’s an added issue, and I can’t contact directly by clicking on a contact link????????‍♂️?? property 'contentBlocks' of undefined ?? I’m currently unable to watch shows...episodes have key icons...message says I’m not authorized without tv provider. I have Hulu Live...I signed out and signed back in of Hulu to see if it helped....it didn’t. I don’t know what else to do. Thanks... I used to have so many issues with this app freezing, blocking access to shows, shutting down randomly, but I haven’t experienced any flaws for quite awhile—at least since last year. So, thank you for that. The app would be absolutely perfect if the same commercials didn’t play every single time. I wouldn’t mind watching commercials if they were at least different, but every break has up to 7 excruciating repeats. One last thing.....when I’m watching a show and actual evidence is being presented, I like to pause the show to study the screen or rewind some to hear/see something. It would be so nice to have a 10/15 second ↩️ rewind added to the app to make that possible. Sometimes when I’ve pulled the “line” (for lack of a better word) back a few seconds to rewind, it sometimes gets thrown back into the commercial pit from Hell. After JUST literally enduring a round of 7 (repetitive) commercials, I’m forced to endure them again.....all 7.... That’s all....thanks for listening.

I love watching anything on ID but I don’t like how there are so many ads for shows that I’m not watching live. It’s really making me not wanting to watch anything on the app anymore. Maybe make a feature to pay like $2.99 or something for ad free watching whenever not streaming live? I know several other apps do it.

This app is literally the worst. Constantly signs you out or is crashing. Then randomly won’t let you watch saying that the program is only available to people who pay for cable. Which clearly I’m paying for. This is a complete joke nothing but trouble ever since I downloaded this app and the TLC Go app. Same issues. I’m deleting this and just going to dvr and watch on xfinity stream. You guys are the worst!

Have been watching ID for years on Direct TV, Then I moved and Couldn’t have Direct TV dish because I have too many trees around me, So I had to get Comcast ( that I hate) and I can’t get the ID channel unless I purchase a special sports package, I do not watch sports so to spent all that money I can’t afford it. So I got really excited that I was able to download the app and watch my favorite shows only to find out that I have to have a direct TV username and password, super disappointed.

I am disappointed ID Go is never available for sling tv when you pay for it like it was cable. If you have the dual service, you should be able to watch episodes on ID Go app.

Every time I try to use my dock connector to screen share, image won’t display but sound will play through TV, then the app crashes my phone. This has been a long going issue, I’ve tried the app previously and ended up deleting due to frustration of this. It’s been almost a year, I thought Joe Kenda is worth another attempt. Yet, to no available. Still has same exact issue. No other app or streaming causes this to happen. Deleting app, again. Sadly
