Have to delete and reninstall

Each time I want to watch a show I have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to watch another. Or after not watching anything on it for a day I have to delete the app and reinstall. Very aggravating. Also I have to sign into my provider every time.
Trouble getting it to play episodes

This app has gotten very frustrating. Few days ago I went to watch a show on my If app from my phone and I got this message”the content is available to viewers who receive id as part of their pay tv subscription” what gives?? A day later I was able to watch that same show with no problem. I’ve been watching I’d for along time and lately it’s been acting up.

My family loves the ID channel, I watch it every night from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am my wife watches at different times during the day, the show shows how the real world is. But there are too many reruns in prime time

I downloaded the app and every time I go to it, it doesn’t work and says wrong format.. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can’t even get to the main screen. An error pops up saying “data couldn’t be read because it’s not in the correct format.” ....??! I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling/relaunching multiple times. Nothing works!
Too many commercials

Ridiculous amount of commercials. You would get through an episode quicker watching it on TV. Absolutely understand why they have them, but I’ve been off the app for 6 months now because of the ridiculous amount of the same commercials. They should cut the ad time in half... that would be reasonable.
Please put ID back on XFinity!

I’d totally give a 5 star rating, but I can’t watch it on Comcast/ XFinity anymore They keep telling me they are waiting for a contract! You lost so many customers this way! It’s ridiculous. I’d actually pay for just this App ! Me and I’m pretty sure, many, many people would also pay for it! Your adding new shows, but you lost too many customers! Why don’t you consider letting us pay for the app like people would pay for NetFlix, Hulu, etc.! I never could comprehend why you would not want to please old customers and let us pay, Yku would totally be extremely popular! Please do this! It’s my favorite channel! Bummed out for a few years now

It won’t let me log in, just does nothing. Won’t play anything. I deleted and redone loaded several times. I even tried it from my laptop and that was even worse. Get it together, ID. You’re losing a lot of viewers

I love ID. The shows take us inside the killers and the victims minds. It’s very thought provoking. I live differently from watching this channel. I am more aware of my surroundings. I am more careful. Thanks for sharing all these stories with us.

I cannot understand why I have to sign in every time I leave the app for a minute ir more then have to go through the whole signing in scenario again. Leaves me very frustrated and not wanting to bother watching the shows on the app.
