Frustrating with Firestick

Love this app and watch it on my phone all the time! I’m having the worst time “activating” it on my firestick! I can’t sign it, it keeps telling me to go to a website to activate. I did that on the firestick and I still can’t log in! I can’t find anything online to help me and would very much like to log in on my firestick with my cable subscription so I can watch everything.

Can’t make it through a single show! I can understand one or two commercials, but 5 back to back every 10-15mins is ridiculous! No thank you!

ID is my favorite channel and watching it in my room on my roku is awesome but I don’t understand why I need to login 2-3 times a day while watching it. Are y’all that afraid someone will cancel their cable in one day that you need people to reverify they are still paying for cable multiple times a day? The app didn’t used to do this. Why not verify once a week or only once per day? It’s annoying to have to constantly login.

I have been streaming this app along with my other favorite apps through my tv provider for a few weeks now. Suddenly this app will not sign me in with my tv provider anymore. Please help

Whenever I try to scroll through “My Favorites” shows, pop ups keep saying “network error. Something went wrong. Please try again!” and it’s really annoying. I can’t check any of my favorite shows. And I keep trying again and nothing works. Please fix this

Love ID, but I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app multiple times because after random episodes an error box pops up saying the content is only available to those who have ID as part of their paid TV subscription. I do. I’m logged in. I’ve force closed the app and re-launched it multiple times and this continues to happen. The only thing that seems to resolve it is deleting the app and reinstalling, which is a pain and shouldn’t be necessary. Please fix this. It’s very frustrating.
